Account deletion requests

How to ask about deleting a RUNBURST account and its associated data.

Request by email

Email paititiplay@gmail.com even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. Reinstalling the app is not required to contact us.

Use the subject “RUNBURST account deletion request”.
State that you want your account and associated data deleted.
If known, include your game account ID and whether you linked Google.

I request deletion of my RUNBURST account and associated data.
Game account ID: [only if known]
Google linked: [yes / no / unsure]

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, original purchase tokens, payment-card details or government identification numbers. An email address or account ID alone does not establish ownership.

Before you send a request

Opening this page or selecting an email link does not delete an account. Sending an email requests deletion; it does not guarantee immediate deletion or recovery.

Please confirm the ownership-verification steps, processing scope and completion timeline, and any retained information, reasons and retention periods with support.

Account deletion and temporary deactivation for recovery are different requests. If you want recovery, explain that separately in your message.

You can use the same email for access, correction or restriction-of-processing questions.
